The sales associate attitude was not so friendly. I didn’t like it at all.

Getting into the store was an issue with limited access. The manager (?) was a bit rude and short to the lady who was in line in front of me. She had brought her teenage granddaughters in to buy something for them though they wouldn't let her in at the same time. My sales associate seemed new and a little unfamiliar with the product, though she was ver sweet.

I waited over an hour just to enter the store. I suggest Pandora implement a smoother shopping experience. I also don't like the plastic bag my items were placed in, I prefer the Pandora sacs like when you order online.

I was asked for one charm and the attendant asked me: “Just it!”. It sounds unfriendly and a little bit rude! The right question would be: “Anything else Sr.?

It would be nice service if store manager would come out to the line outside and ask if there anyone with there prefer member so we can be taken care properly

The items I wanted were no longer available. Apparently the bracelet I brought last visit, along with the dividers/separators are no longer in existence. They are only offering a few charms for this type of bracelet as well.

She was kind and nice, she helped my mom tons and my mom bought a device and a charm. I just was upset someone went in my phone and still my previous receipt from my purchase. Had nothing to do with her, she was nice.
