I was in from out of town n needed a gift. Usually trays r brought out to choose from but she just took out individual charms to show me. I would have liked to see more. But I did purchase a bracelet n 2 charms.

The capacity on the sign allowed 13 customers, however when i tired to walk in they wouldn't let me even though there was only 6 customers in store. I wanted to look at rings and they wouldn't let me walk over there due to covid. Instead the lady rudely handed me a book and told me to look through the book to find what I wanted. afterwards when I purchased my ring, I asked for them to clean a few of my rings the lady was rude about it but told me to go stand by the ring case while I waited. Even though when I first walked in the store she didn't allow me to stand near the ring case. I was very disappointed with my visit.

The item I went wasn’t available. It was my birthday it’s was not any discount. The prices was all time high.

The workers at this store where not busy and still made me wait in the line while they where going to the back and talking with each other.

I WENT TWICE TO AVENTURA MALL TO BUY MERCHADISE AND THE TWO TIMES THE MANAGER PUERTO RICAN LADY WAS VERY MEAN. SHE DELAY TWICE AND BOTH DAYS, SHE MAKE DO THE LINE TWICE. THEN THE MANAGER SHE GAVE ME A DIFFERENT SELLER THAT WAS NOT MARIA WHO I ASK FOR IT. THE MANAGER GAVE ME A DIFFERENT SALES AGENT WHO WAS NOT AN EXPERT, I SPENT TWO HOURS UNTIL MY SALER AGENT MARIA WAS AVAILABLE. MARIA WAS EXCELLENT SHE FIND WHAT I NEED IN 10 MINT I BOUGTH AND I LEFT. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE MORE A BUSSINESS WOMAN, SHE CAN IMPROVE WITH THE COSTUMER BETTER. TIME IS MONEY AND DEVELOP A RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE COSTUMERS ARE REALLY AN IMPORTANT TOOL TO DO BUSSINESS, MORE WHEN SHE SAW ME TWICE IN THE STORE, SHE KNOWS I COMEBACK TO BUY, I WAIST MY TWO HOURS. HORRIBLE!! WHEN I BUY IN TOES THEY ARE BETTER BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSSINESS SELLER RESPECTING THE TIME OF THEIR COSTUMERS, IN TOUS THE TOOK ME IN 10 MINT. I LOVE PANDORA BUT REALLY IT IS CHALLENGING TO DO BUSSINES WITH YOU!

I came in for a specific charm, and they were all out of it.
