I was asked to show my ID for using my bank card. I observed the Hispanic sales person did not ask the Hispanic customer to show any ID. I felt there a discrimination in the part of the Hispanic. I work in the law enforcement, and I have processed more Hispanic on fraud charges than black. They need to ask everyone for IDs.

I ordered something online, went to the store to exchange it because it was the wrong thing and was basically told I couldn’t exchange it and there was nothing I could do except call corporate.

We could not return my pandora bracelet. Also when I went home I saw that the bracelet I got was already broken. The end that you can’t open that part was about to fall off.

Totally different than my first visit. I was not greeted upon entry and the store was empty with about 5 associates on the floor. I wasn't offered an option of debit or credit at check out, just the request for my pin number. I circled the counter as wasn't offered assistance, I had to ask for it. Associates were engaged with themselves. The employee helping was engaged somewhat but very minimal. I am not sure if the time of day is the reason but my third time won't be that location. I'm huge on Customer service. I spend my money where I am made to feel comfortable And valued to some type of degree.

The sales associate was rude . We told her that if we gave something back and we buy up to 125$ we should get the promotion she said NO so rude and after we asked for the manager and she was the one wrong and she just said ok you can choose what you want you can ge the promotion not wven sorry nothing

I was not allowed to use the stores WiFi. I needed to contact some to clarify what purchase was needed and to send pictures for them to choose. I was told go outside in the mall to get WiFi which was highly inconvenient

Sales associates are not friendly and answered text messages while with a customer. Felt like the sales associate couldn’t be bothered showing merchandise and answering questions.
