The sales associate seemed a bit lost and not interested. Didn’t feel the Pandora warmth. Nobody was smiling or welcoming everyone seemed upset or sad. Kind of “stuck up” I literally felt awkward just standing there, I don’t understand how can someone in customer service not be welcoming. Nobody says “welcome” in the store. It’s unfortunate.

First I would like to say I love pandoras, for me pandora scream out elegance and uniqueness. 1)I understand the store it was very small. 2) agents was standing there and do not even ask me , if I need it help. 3) Finally an agent came in , first not even welcome us 2, not even a smile, 3 she was acting like she did not want to be there, like rushing us out. 4)I expended like almost $200.00 on 3 charms and she is going to place them inside a paper , Are you serious, not even a box for the individual charms.... I ask her about the pandora watch, she was very fast, "we don't carry the watch any more".....that was that. She placed my pandoras inside the paper , put them in a little bag and that was that.... very sad.

I purchased 3 charms for over $ 200.00 I always believe that pandoras items scream elegant and unique. How come the sales person is going to place my 3 charms on a paper and put them inside my bag...... 2 of the charms is from the st valentine's new February collection. Sorry however, the associated need it to next time pay attention to small details, like that the customer will come back to the store.

Estuve en el mall de aventura, era muy difícil caminar por ahí, demoraron mucho en atenderme, era muy lento el personal y de 5 cosas que elegí, 3 de ellas no tenían. Se les tranco el sistema y demoraron mucho en darme la factura

Every time I come to this store the wait time is no less than 30-45 mins. There is no proper organization of who is next in line. They have a small notebook where they write people's names but people skip over each other all the time. There are a lot of people walking around who work there but only a few actually taking care of customers. I have no intention of going back to this store and I will let all my friends know this as well. It's a shame.

I was giving a store credit I'm very aware if I lose the store credit I wont be able to use it .so I left the store even though it wasn't much I walked back in and ask if they could find my transaction they called cooperate and I was able to use it ..why did I have to leave the store to get a result out of this ..

No one greeted me until about 8min. When I was acknowledged I asked a question and the trainee asked the other employee for assistance and she told me I would have to wait. So a third employee finally came and helped me.
