There were too many people in the store. A lot of sales associates, but they were not helping all of the customers. I had to wait 20 minutes until I received help.

This is an extremely small store and extremely hot. Customers with stroller, it was impossible to walk...Store manager offer hot water to make us (customers) feel better.

The staff was rude! After a long wait to enter the store we were handed a catalog and told to pick out what we want. Then she stared at us. My daughter was picking out a charm for her first bracelet and it was a negative experience. Not how I wanted to start her collection!

The Sales Associate was extremely dismissive. In every question that was asked, she was nonchalant. There was no friendliness or eagerness to fulfill our needs. I get it, it’s busy, people are tired, but with customer service when serving the public there is an obligation to serve and be friendly, and I did not receive that, my experience was not pleasant. I spoke with the manager who was extremely sincere and apologetic and I continued to tell her thank you for coming to me.

I waited a significant amount of time to be waited on even though there were lots of sales clerks. Two sales clerks decided to wait on me finally and neither of the clerks spoke very good English. I had to continually ask them to repeat themselves and clarify what they were trying to tell me. Bilingual is wonderful but clerks should be able to speak English in USA. It was very time consuming and frustrating at the same time. They had a great promotion but did not even try to sell it as they struggled to get through a simple purchase.

The sales woman didn’t know A THING about Pandora, just imagine she put the Pandora me styling link as a charm hanging on the bracelet She didn’t even know how to open a bracelet It was highly dissatifing I recommend you’d give some kind of capacitation before you put someone on the counter

I felt like I was being rushed by the sales associate. She kept trying to push me to buy a more expensive ring, one that I didn’t even want. And when I first came in, I spent a few minutes trying to remember which ring I wanted to buy a few months ago. I couldn’t remember if it was gold so I told her I think it was gold. And after selecting the ring from the catalog she said, “and do you remember your ring size?” As if I didn’t already know, considering I was already wearing my engagement ring. She pulled out the ring in 3 different colors and I ended up picking up the rose gold one because it was exactly the one I was looking to buy a few months prior. She told me in a very rude and condescending tone, “that’s not gold, that’s rose gold”. At that point I wanted to leave the store. And when it came time to pay, she started speaking with another employee and laughed while looking back at me. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to that Pandora anytime soon.

I visited the Aventura Mall location. I looked around for a while and no one offered assistance. I was curious about the engraving machine but I could not get help for my questions. I even placed an order on the tablet next to the engraving machine and it said someone will come to assist me but no one did. After finally getting someone’s attention, I told the employee that I wanted a chain with the letter D charm on it. She gave me the book to decide on which color chain. I pointed out a rose gold chain and she gave me a silver D to go along with it which did not match at all. I decided to just purchase a silver chain so it can match. I paid for the chain and charm and when I got home I realize that the necklace was a silver chain with an O pendant that can not come off. Returning the chain to the store was not an option because I had a flight the following day. Out of anger and frustration, I broke the chain trying to remove the O pendant off the necklace so the D charm can go on. I threw the entire bag in the garbage. I’m highly disappointed in Pandora.

I was in the store holding my infant in my arm when a male worker bumped me and did not apologize nor say excuse me. Then 5 minutes later the same worker bumped me even harder and did not say excuse me or apologize. Im which i said “ im clearly holding an infant and you bumped me twice and didn’t even acknowledge your wronging.’’ In which a female worker apologized for him. If i wouldve dropped my baby or something hit him it would’ve been a HUGE PROBLEM.
