I bought two bracelets. One is too long and gets hooked when I drive or do things. They couldn't "cut" it and sent me to a jeweler. It should be something you could have done at the store. Also, when I tried to look the displayed jewelry, they said I had to look at the catalog. I don't want to. That's why I go to the store. I would have bought something else. I love your bracelets.

The sales associate Christie was knowledgeable; however, she failed to let me know about the upcoming promotion this weekend. The manager saw that I was going to make a sizable purchase, and informed us before the sale was complete. I did end up purchasing one item. When I got home I noticed that it had some dings on it. I plan to return it for one in new condition not one that is used from showing it in store.
