I purchase pandora about maybe two weeks ago. The sales associate questioned me when was the last time I made a purchase. I did mentioned two weeks ago. Wat happened was she saw me take the credit card out of my front pocket. She asked the manager something she came back and asked for my ID so I asked her why my ID and she did not have a straight answer. I did tell her that my credit line was $4500, but I made the purchase and walked out disappointed. I will it ever buy from this store.

The associate Briana, from the Aventura mall, wasn’t very keen on selling. I asked to see some earrings, she just showed them from afar. I asked to see some rings, and asked about the products on sale, she wasn’t in the mood of showing and or selling anything. I ended up buying only the earrings even though I have only seen them online.

My sale associate was awesome, when I was checking out she called the assistant manager for help and she did not allow me to use my 10% of begins a hero nurse and she had a bad attitude. She told me certain stores use that but her store does not. This bother me so much I’m going to actually return the item back to the store and go someone else.

i believe i had a TRAINEE, I know we are in a pandemic and are limited to amount of people inside, but I felt so RUSHED!!!! like I couldnt move around to see the different trays, I had to shop out of a catalog, which I could have done at home.

This store was not allowing any more than 3 customers in the store at a time even though the sign said the limit was 13. They would not let you walk around the store to look at the actual jewelry displayed. How does a customer buy a gift without having the ability to look at it? I can buy online or go to another store. The associates looked put out when I asked if I could show them the pendant I liked. I should have walked out.

The associate my sisters and I worked with lacked the customer service that we pride ourselves in experiencing every other time we have ever come to a Pandora store. She was short, curt, and minimally helpful.

The sales person (Maria F No.201472)at store 1930 Aventura Mall was very rude with a nasty attitude to as where she didn’t wanna be at work . Customers don’t like to shop in a store where the employees are RUDE to them we can take our money elsewhere.

I placed my order online and there was a gift (until supply last). I'm not satisfied because when I closed the order the gift was in my cart and of course never receive it . The same way you manage stock of merchandise you can manage stock of the gift and when they are gone it shouldn't appear on the cart then the customer has the RIGHT to close the order or cancel it. False advertising is not good.

Not treated like a customer, associate don't talk to you unless you ask question. I felt like she did not take me seriously....
