I had a return for an merchandize I brought for a birthday in which they could not fit the bracelet and I just wanted to exchange it for her size and was told I could not exchange and I had to purchase a new bracelet and stuck with the old one

La empleada se notava impasiente en atenderme por mas que le explicaba lo queria no lo veia tan es asi que me tuve Regresar y devolver me puso algo que no era lo que le pedi abriendo cobrado lo que pedi me regrese y las disculpa casi obligada me piso en la misma bolsa estrujda lo nuevo y me pregunto te lo hecho ahi deberia haber hecho un mejor costumer service pero pienso que como tienen cliente una mas me miraba hasta con menos desprecio yo iva vetida de trabajo a lo mejor penso mal que experiencia mas desagradable primera vez adoro pandora

I knew exactly what I wanted and immediately asked for it when I was helped. The sales associate had no knowledge of the merchandise. She handed me a catalog and told me to find it. I asked to see bracelets and charms and she did not know what they were even using correct names given by Pandora. I was very frustrated

The clerk had a nasty attitude I had to ask her if she was ok. She didn’t seem open to helping me, my experience was no pleasant

The attendant was not very friendly. Could not wait until we decide what we were going to buy, and put us on hold and helped another client. Then we had to wait for a long time to complete our buy. We also had to ask for another atender, otherwise we would stay for a long time waiting. I really intend not to buy there again.

The sales associate Dario, was extremely condescending and rude. It was my first time at a pandora and wanted to to purchase a charm bracelet. He was extremely rude to my friend and I. When I asked him questions he would dismiss us, like we didn’t know anything. When I ask him for the catalog he would ignore me. Although I still purchased a bracelet my experience was horrible and not what I expected from Pandora.

Upon walking in to a very empty store, I was ignored by the associates that were there. After waiting patiently as 3 associates were helping one customer, new clients entered and an associate took down their names to be helped. Although I was first, I ended up being the last on the list for charms I already chose in advanced. COMPLETELY insulted.
