Pandora Jewelry

I was trying to make purchase online with the offer of a jewelry box of more tan $55 or more, at the store I didn't get it because they said that the promotion was over. After the purchase I tried again online and the promotion was still available.

I was given 2 of the same charms that were supposed to be a set that said mother daughter. I received2 mother charms.

The attendance was horrible. They made us feel they did not want to help us return or exchange.

The sales associate was very rude. I told her my price range and she looked at me like I was crazy. She was very rude and decided to take her sweet time with everything. She definitely does not enjoy her job.

I was sunday 1 pm 3 people working n a manager a line of people waiting to get in the store other pandora employees walking In to work to the back room took over 45 minutes for two more people to come over and help a 3 hours line to make a purchase is crazy no respect fir costumer when ask manager her answer was well is going as fast as it can go horrible service horrible

I love my product but i wasted 2 houres in the shop. The attention it was bad. They didn’t show me the product only a book. Never smile. And sooo slowly. The product is good and expensive too. So l thought the attention is very important

I waited in the store for about 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I already knew what I wanted so I just wanted to pay for it. After 10 minutes I finally got an associate to help. At this point I was annoyed because I was in a rush because I was going to be late to an event. After I told the associate I wanted bracelet he grabbed it for me and questioned me what size I would need. I informed him it wasn’t for me and the person I was getting it for told me their wrist was 8 inches. The associate then asked me if I was sure because that’s the biggest size. Which I found highly offensive. Which is why I’m writing this review.

Llegue a la tienda,con mi esposo y mi bebé para buscar mi regalo para el día de la madre. La Srta. Que me atendió en la tienda del Mall Aventura, nose si no hablaba español, pero le pedía que me enseñara que promociones tenía para el día de la madre y toda mala gracia, me trajo un catálogo para que viera, se supone que ellas están ahí para incentivar las ventas, no para quitarle las ganas de comprar, jamás se dirigió a nosotros con alguna palabra amable o para explicarme los productos, parecía que ella estaba haciendo un favor a mi. Ni más regreso a esa tienda. Terrible atención

I wasn’t satisfied with my sales assistant, his name was Kevin Z, he wasn’t acknowledged about products at all, I regretted that didn’t wait for someone else, the good thing is that I knew what I wanted already, so I just showed him and he found right charms and clips... I never had a problem with pandora associates before, I received a lot of help and advice this time everything was different, he is unprofessional!!! He needs training... much more training because he is not able to recommend or to pick something that customer would like, I wiill not come back to that store again

No tenian el anillo que compre en numero 7. Me fui y regrese a decirle a la vendedora que se fije en la vitrina. Ahi estaba el unico. La opcion me la tendria que dar ella,no yo. Y si no hay que no pongan en la vitrina
