Very rude staff went to exchange a ring that i bought and the lady that helped me out was very rude and had a a terrible attitude, did not have a pleasant trip to this pandora

During my intersection with the sales associate, she was unpleasant. She didn't ask my name or make small talk, she just went straight to what type of charm are you looking for today. When I asked to see certain charms, she sighed and placed the charms on the board as if something was bothering her. Maybe she wasn't having a good day.

The associate did not seem excited about helping me out she was very dull. She didn’t try to upsell. When I asked her about the new bracelets I wanted to try one she asked me what size the one I had was. I responded I didn’t know. So she just grabbed a random one and tried on me. It didn’t fit. She didn’t bother trying to find out what size I was. So, I just said forget it.

After waiting in line for over an hour I get a sales associate that is in training and has no clue of what’s in stock and offers no advice. I asked for a couple of charms that were on sale and said they were not available but they were and also almost charged me more than what it should be - applied the discount incorrectly. I had to ask someone else for help with the charms and to verify the total of my purchase. This was the first time at Pandora and the experience was terrible. Overall I probably spent about 3 hours of my time sice I got to the store until I left

The wait to RETURN and or purchase was RIDICULOUS. I waited 2 hrs to make a return and like 1hr to purchase at another store.

When I finished the purchase the attendant said the prices of the charms that I just bought was wrong, and cancelled everything. I was very disappointed, because was not my mistake. Also I did not receive the full refund on my card yet. So I paied for 3 charms that the attendant did not have it to me and don’t send my money back to my card. I very, very angry and sad about this situation. Never shop at Pandora Aventura Mall again, never ever.

They charged my account twice and I still have not gotten my money back. The store employee was on the phone the entire time she was “trying to help me”. Terrible customer service, worst experience at a Pandora store ever!!! I’ll be contacting my lawyer to file a claim for the $104 I haven’t gotten back. No one from Pandora has contacted me to follow up
