Sales associate was missing something that we did not know what it was and they hold us in the store without giving our already paid purchase. Sales associate and manager went inside to check the camaras. They hold us for at least 20 min until i got upset and they gave us what we purchased

I’ve been there three times in two weeks for cleaning my charms. There was always an excuse. There only tried to sell the cleaning kit.

I think the sales associate I had was new and I work till 4 o’clock on Thursdays and I went after to the mall cause I stay in Miami to get my jewelry clean and they stop doing it at four but she made the exception but then the manager came over and said she shouldn’t of done that that it’s only 11 or no exceptions blah blah blah. The sales associate Dayana was VERY unfriendly toward us to the point that my husband got frustrated that he wanted to ask for another sale person. I ask him to let just get what we came for and leave. Dayana need more training on customer service. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was told the running special for free bracelet not available, associate very hasty informing me that it’s while supplies last and that every single store everywhere was sold out. I asked if I could order online to get bracelet special and was immediately told that if I do, my order would never come because the bracelet isn’t available at all so my order would be cancelled. I felt pressured to buy a bracelet since that was a big reason for my visit but I didn’t want to ruin my Mother’s Day and take my business elsewhere so I proceeded with my large purchase. I will definitely rethink future orders with this store possibly at all. I’ve never felt this way at any other store and maybe if the special is no longer available maybe the emails should stop for them as well?

Good morning well well in December I bought 2 limited edition bangles and I told the lady that we're a little too tight and she said it was good like that they were for my daughter not me I try to change it but now they don't have that bangle if if only they can change it for a different one it'll be great but the store told me they cannot do nothing in regards of that matter so I am totally dissatisfied I have the bracelet sitting in my my dresser since January I can't use them because they too small Is there anything anyone can do to change these 2 bracelets for For a size medium they Day too small if someone can help me Please and thank you

The lady would help me was not knowledgeable at all of the product she was very lazy and not at all friendly.. she didn’t seem like she knew anything about what she was selling and did not listen to me whatsoever

Agent was forcing on me items I didn’t not request. When I told her no her attitude changed acting as if she don’t want to help me anymore. She was just point blank rude

I purchased products and received a free bangle but it was too big. I’ve never worn the bracelet and tried to exchange it at the pandora store Hialeah and the associate acted like I stole it didn’t offer to look up my receipt and sent me on my way with 3 different excuses on why she couldn’t give me a smaller size that fit after I looked up my receipt she told me I had to go to Adventura Malls Pandora that they was a franchise after she saw that store on my receipt. Next day I go to Adventura and was told there that the bracelet would need to be sent back to cooperate for an exchange maybe they can change it. I ended up purchasing a safety chain to insure that I don’t loose the bangle because it’s just Too big. I’m disappointed because I had better expectations from Pandora and as of this I will not purchase anymore products that I can’t be exchanged and wher sales associates treat me like a theft. Unacceptable!

Staff is not very friendly or welcoming. Retune to this store 2 days after I purchased a ring to exchange size as the INE I got for a gift was too small, came with my receipt and Team there seemed like they were digesting and upset analyzing every inch of the ring like if I had came back to exchange a year after my purchase! It was literally two days after the purchase date my ring was exchanged but the staff made me feel super uncomfortable. I should have just returned and spent my money elsewhere. I will definitely never return to this store! Staff needs to learn to be friendly and welcoming whether you are buying, exchanging or returning
