I was charged for exchanging an item for the exact same item. How does that work? It wasnt on sell or anything. I exchanged a bracelet bc it was too small and told i needed to pay taxes even though it was the exact same item and price!! That's crazy!!

My girl went to get a ring size change and I just brought her the ring. When she went to exchange they said they ring was worn already and she couldn’t change it. That’s impossible because I just brought that ring and it doesn’t fit her at all. Your worker insisted that this ring is old and worn. Like she just didn’t wanna change the ring size giving me attitude. Even called over a manager trying to convince the manage It wasn’t a brand new ring. Otherwise the ring size was change but I won’t tolerate a racial profile honestly. You may not think it is but it is. Let it happen to be a Spanish girl or white lady I wouldn’t have been given attitude. You’re happy with a customer before me but when a color comes in I can see a shift of tone in the body. Same for here in Aventura and Boca Mall

Sale representative was rude and hard to heard. She seemed very lazy too.

The salesperson Briana B was unfriendly. She answered my questions curt. She gave a bad feeling immediately. My having to give them my id with my Pandora Credit Card wasn’t a problem. The problem was when the keep it kept swiping my card never informed my what was going on. The girl that was help her wrote some of my drivers license numbers on the receipt and my expiration date along with my name on their copy of the receipt. I didn’t see anyone else having a problem checking. They never explained what was going on. Then had the nerve to have attitude because I questioned them. Will never buy anything from that store again.

We went in to buy some pandora rings during the Mother’s Day event and were never told of the special that was going on for the free bangle at 150$ purchased. We went out with 3 rings and now have to make a return trip to try to claim what should have been offered or at least told to us as an store promo

The representative was not at all friendly nor look like she wanted to assist me. With every question I asked she looked annoyed and didn’t allow me to look at other merchandise. I went in to look at two items but only ended up buying one because I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards me. My fiancé even noticed and made comments to me. Once we left the next customer was a white lady and her attitude changed she even had a smile.

The customer service was terrible, the sales rep was rude and not helpful at all.
