I have changed the product twice because it always breaks in the same place. I asked for the money back because I no longer want a product that is defective, and they refused to do so

I placed the order for pickup, after I finally got my day off to be able for pick up it’s been cancelled 😑 saying Is no longer available . I also attached the coupon fo 10$ off (something like that). When i came to the store and asked them to reupdate my online order, they said they can not, they dont see my transaction even with my order number. Anyway It was available at the store, I want them attach my coupon, they said they can not as is only for online!!! I am very disappointed ☹️ because my online order was cancelled, and than they couldn’t attach my coupon which I attached online, seems like the pushing you go to the store where they will not use your coupon!!! Horrible Pandora trick just to get customers inside to do not accept you coupons ☹️🤷🏻♂️ 👎👎👎👎👎

Pandora never take care their good costumers, they don't have nice boxes to put the jewelry is always the same and if you ask for something nice is always a big NO very unprofessional is always about money, hopping something will change in the future to have a happy customers.

You were running out of merchandize, the emplyee was rude. He was not helpfull at all, when I ask him for a question, he completely answer the opposite.

I saw beautiful earrings in the window and went to call my daughter to invite her to buy them. At this time, another consultant with clients approached this storefront, put the catalog and closed the view. When my daughter approached, I asked to move the catalog aside to opene the view. She has refused. My advisor came up and tried to solve the problem. But he was also told that he was going to another place and was looking in the catalog. It was very rude and outrageous!

Sales associate advised she would assist me next, upon waiting for 20 mins for her to complete her first transaction with customer, she then asked if i was on the waiting list, i said no i wasnt aware. Then she ignored me and went to help another customer. I spoke to 2 other people also not helpful and rude. I needed no assistance because i walked in for a specific pair of earings i found online.
