The store staff out numbered the customers in the store. I had to wait more then 20 minutes for one person to assist me. There were reps who acknowledged my presence and stated someone would help me, but this did not occur. Other customers had two and three reps, while I was waiting for assistance. I desperately needed the merchandise I purchased at this location, but I am still upset with myself that I just didn’t leave.

I had to make a one hour line to enter the store. When I was buying, the associates couldn’t tell me correctly how was the kind of discount, making everything confusing and time-wasting. When I bought my bracelet they gave me a smaller size than what I wanted, so when I realized that in my house and returned the next day so I could exchange it, they told me I had to make the line. 2 hour line only to exchange an item that was a Pandora associate’s mistake, and the manager never showed his face for me, he was just in the back while he sent for associates to tell me the only solution was to make the line. I told him I couldn’t because I was leaving for the airport, and I wouldn’t have the time to make the line, Pandora didn’t care and didn’t take responsibility for my mistakes. It’s a shame because I always buy Pandora and my family as well and we give presents to each other, but this was disappointing and time-wasting. I seriously have to consider what to do now but I really don’t want this product, it’s not my size and it’s super uncomfortable.

After waiting at the front door to see a sales associate, the lady that helped me was neither pleasant nor attentive. She seemed annoyed to be helping me. Additionally, she could only find one charm related to music. I'm not sure whether this was a stock issue or a lack of product knowledge. Regardless, I purchased the one that was available and then was disappointed with the way the packaging was presented. Throughout the visit, the sale associate was interacting with other workers and barely even looked at me.

I went to the Store in the Aventura mall to buy a prince and a princess. The sales associate gave me two princes. When I looked on the manual after leaving the store, I realized of the mistake. I tried to change it over the store in Naples but they told me it was not possible, and now I have to drive back to miami to make the change due to a mistake that is not mine.
