It was a very good experience, because the sales associate knew about what products I was asking and made good suggestions of what can be combined with what I was going to buy. The store in general was very good, clean and easy to view the merchandise.

Lucero S, the Sales Associate who helped us had great customer service. She informed us of the buy 2 get 1 free sale and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Next time we come, we will be looking for her.

Elayne C immediately approached me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I did have the pandora bag in my hand. I told here is was having a problem with a charm and she was very pleasant and helped me choose another charm.
