I love it

I went into pandora just looking, I was greeted and told about the promotion and I was still questioning if I should buy an item. I found a couple of rings I loved so much I asked an associate if I could try them on and she was so helpful in helping me decide what rings to purchase. And out I left with 2 beautiful rose gold rings

Had merchandise that I was looking for and I was in and out of store no more than 15 minutes

The staff is very friendly and show me the newest charms which I buy as gifts for my wife. Pandora is the only reason I even go to the Mall.

We walked in to try and find our best friend a gift for her birthday and all associates were busy. We weren’t acknowledged in the store for about 5-8 minutes after we had walked in by a manager I suppose, she asked if we had been helped and we said no, she asked one of her free associates to help us. She was nice, we told her exactly what we were looking for her and showed us options, she helped us find her right bracelet size and showed us birthday, birthstones and friendship charms without asking for them. She really listened to “what we were looking for”, she also told us about the promotions. We were able to pick out a ring as well it was a great deal. Overall the service was satisfying.
