Ring size was not available on a ring I wished to purchase.

Wait line outside didn't move too fast. Service was great, but not satisfied with the lack of merchandise available in store. The salesperson let me know the store hadn't received a bulk order in a few weeks due to holiday orders. The reason I went in store was due to a lot of items being out of stock online too.

There was a girl in there that was very rude, kept giving me and my daughter dirty looks rolled her eyes at my daughter and was looking at us and talking to another lady and laughing she asked the person behind me tom go in before me but the girl (Andrea G No. 177414) told her i was first and the lady behind me also to her i was first. people like her make the store a bad place to go makes me want to go a different store or just not buy from Pandora. Andrea G was the kindest girl to my daughter and i and i will go back only to be helped by her to purchase my daughters valentines gift. the other girl made my daughter and i feel less than and very uncomfortable.

I was happy about the way I was treated it was nice keep doing a good job and see you guys soon I will be back thanks

The time I was waiting to get in the store it was a long line and they were a lot of workers available it was about 30 minutes

I was waiting to long even with many workers available but maybe that’s the way they work there at that store but is what it is oh well
