Salesperson seemed not willing to look for items until manager came to help me

I like matching for cham but new items not enough for matches

The first associate I was with wasn’t very helpful. She didn’t help guide me to help what I was looking for. She seemed impatient and bothered. The second associate was Jocelyn. She was kind enough to show me the different varieties and was extremely patient and helped with my decision. She even helped me find a solution to a problem I was having with a charm but I couldn’t replace it because it was out of stock

Everything was great except for the wait time. They could at least encourage the customers waiting in line to pre-select their purchase items by visiting the website or browsing the catalog. This would definitely move things along a lot faster.

I went to purchase some charms which weren't available at the time and I was expecting to have those but the lady was really nice and she talked to us and made us purchase something else we didn't expect which it was awesome
