The wait time in line out side the store. Not much communication from associate when asked a question she didn't give me other options.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because I went in there not knowing exactly what to get (as a gift), but the associate helped me find my way.

The lady that helped me was very rude she act like she didn’t wanted to be there in the first place. And didn’t try to help I have to choose something very fast and leave.
