Because we were three people wanting to go in and we were only allow to go in two people. It was my birthday and my daughter couldn’t go in with me she had the money to pay for my present. So I went in with my mother in law and both of us bought something but I had to go outside of the store to tell my daughter what I wanted and she gave me the money to pay for it.

Slow line. Not enough selection of rings in size wanted. Attendant was not friendly nor rude but no conversation as others when previously visited store.

Associate was not nice and just seemed like she expected me to hurry and choose something instead of being more nice and helpful.

I didn’t know what I wanted when I got there. But then the sales representative, Mayra G., helped me find the ring I really liked.

Options of Gold were very limited, wouldve liked to see the options of all gold separated in sizes and silver separated in sizes and same with rose gold.

I was not highly satisfied because I had previously visit this location the item I wish to purchase was not available therefore I was placed on a waiting list. They claim to call me between 1-2 weeks never received a call after 3 weeks so I took matters and visited the location once again to ask for my desired item.

Sales associate was wonderful and quick which is great to help us in and out especially during this pandemic. The only thing I didn’t like was that only one person could go in. I had to send my 12 yr old in alone and I understand why, but she is still a child. What if my husband hadn’t gone with me to stay outside the store with her while I went in to pay? Would I not have been helped in that case? I saw another person in there with their child, but I wasn’t allowed in with mine. If this so the rule we need to be consistent.
