Me and my boyfriend went to the mall and I had been wanting to go to ask for his opinion on the item I purchased, but they only allowed one of us to go in, so he couldn’t come in with me, and that’s because I was the only person in the store besides the sale ladies. I didn’t bring it to their attention because I completely understand that there is a pandemic going on, but I was pretty bummed out about that I was alone in the store. Overall it was a great experience the ladies were kind and fast.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience only because I found it a bit inconvenient that 2 people per family could not enter the store to make a purchase. By having 2 people per family allowed into the store, it can make it possible for them to help one another in deciding and selecting which item to purchase, instead of making that 1 person of the family have to go outside of the store and take turns with their other family member in line. I believe this speeds up the shopping process, for not allowing 2 people per family to enter the store leads to more interruptions and makes it more time-consuming for those 2 family members having to switch places to decide on making a purchase.

I was not highly satisfied due to the fact of low inventory in size 9 rings and maybe even 10. The 2 rings I wanted were not available in my size and that was the main reason I had gone to Pandora. Service was great just not much variety in bigger size rings.

I mostly went to pandora because of the 50% off select styles. Once I entered the store majority of the items were sold out, or not my style. So I went and bought items that I hadn’t planned on purchasing, but I’m satisfied I did.

The personal was great and very helpful. They were friendly it felt like I was talking to a friend and we’re also very understanding of what I wanted.

The helped I was given was very welcoming and made my experience very good overall. The precautions that were taken for health purposes were also very reassuring.
