Por q una q me atendió a mi y a mi hija fue muy mal y me dio las cosas de mal

now to come n think about it i guess it was not store fault being in the situation we r in with this covid i just hated the fact i could not have my daughter with me while buying her her first ring she had to b outside waiting n we were talking through the window

Curbside pickup was very easy. Got a call the same day that I requested order. Lady that called me was very nice and explained everything very well.

I was satisfied with sales associate but the manager I believe who took my payment was NOT friendly at all. She sounded as if she hated her job! Why not let the sales associate take my payment? She was very friendly via text. Train your staff to ALWAYS have a smile while taking over the phone. I wasn’t even thanked for making a purchase. Felt more like a burden having to shop during this time.

The service is excelent

I had to wait a while to actually speak to a representative to purchase a charm. Wasn't told that there was a sign in sheet to be helped.

There were only 2 sales associates for the people that needed assistance. Waited for at least 15 minutes.
