The lady who helped seemed to not be very 100% there with me she kept looking around and never gave me a smile . Looked more forced to help me rather than happy.

because we where stand up like for a few minutes before one associate even ask us if we want to see something , we have to ask for help later when we got the help the associate just turn and went to another family . We have to wait for another associate to show up. we felt like no one care we where standing there and we do shop but felt like we where not important.

I’ve had my Pandora bracelet for three years now and not once has it been cleaned at this location. Every time I take it to get cleaned they have excuses like, “The machine isn’t working” or “We don’t have any more solution” or “There is a long waiting list.” This is such an inconvenience given that this is the location closest to me.

The employee that attended me didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. I asked for current promotions or how the pandora credit card worked and she looked at me uninterested. I also felt like the charm I got isn’t worth 70 dollars. If y’all included a promotion, maybe I would’ve gotten something more. A point system would also help with making future purchases.

Tried to exchange a charm I purchased 4 days ago.... that got updated and was told I couldnt because it was on my bracelet. When I purchased charm the pandora rep automatically added them to bracelet instead of packaging them. Since they categorize that as "used" I couldn't exchange the charm and wasn't made aware of such policy. Thumbs down on not packaging my items when purchased. Dissappointed.

This is my second time going to this store the first time we were acknowledge right away and this second time we had to wait about 5 minutes or more and the employees would just pass us by till one of them attended us.
