I did not like looking at the products in the catalog. I would rather see them phisically. This is the reason I buy at the store, not online.

Because I feel that there is always room for improvement. From the moment we stepped in the store, someone could of acknowledge us sooner. An associate saw us but didn’t even greet until We stood on the count for maybe 30 seconds of looking at her. Come to find out it was the person in charge.

Store to small

Because you guys don’t make normal sizes. Why is a 4.5 the smallest size then it jumps to 3.5? Nothing fits me in that store and I have to take my rings elsewhere to get it sized.
