The line was very long and extended to the outside of the store.

I love buying Pandora products the only thing I'm not satisfied is with the amount i end up spending there but over all I'm highly satisfied.

The charms and such are lovely, but they are quite pricey for small charms. I'll go back since my mom loves her bracelet, but the beads do not justify the high price of little bead that can be easily lost.

This experience was good. The ladies were helpful. Not like the previous 4 times when I visited and they kept telling me different stories as in when to return to do an exchange. They need to know their own policies when it comes to doing exchanges without receipt.

Debido a que ya estaban proximos al cierre nos atendieron rápido y una explicación rápida del producto. Siento que falto un poco más de atención debido a que uno esta comprando un producto "de alta gama".

Too crowded!

No era facil de localizar que articulos estaban en especial, estaban en diferenres mostradores y no todos eran los mismos y las vendedoras te decian que eran iguales y habia unos diferentes.

There was a long line to enter the store, once in there you couldn’t move thru the store to see the merchandise since it was packed, I think you really need a bigger location. Also I couldn’t find the bracelet in the size I was looking for so I had to buy a longer one. Besides that, I love the brand and the sales associate was very nice and helpful.

First there was a big line to get into your store second it took me awhile before anybody can help me and when we try to get in one of your stuff from the store told me that was a big night before I can get in just to go see that's why
