Service is always great, but I feel the space is too small and is difficult to move around. As collections are spread around, it can be hard to see all variety in one single space. For example, I was looking for rings, I had to walk around 3-4 different spots to get to see them all.

Don’t get me wrong. Everything and everyone was fine I just didn’t feel welcomed in the environment as if the associates didn’t care for me they asked my mother and father if they needed assistance before they asked if I needed anything. They also didn’t recommend anything else or ask if I was interested in purchasing more.

I was not highly satisfied because of the lack of availability at this store. Rings I was interested in were not available. The size of ring I did choose was not available in the size I need and I was not presented with any options.

I was undecided which bracelet to buy because it was my third one bracelet, anyway, I ended bought it one, but then I went home and decided that I will exchange the size of it. I went to the nearest store and they were not polite and didn’t want to exchange my bracelet even with the receipt, box, and bag (and I just bought one day before) so, I have to drive another 20 minutes to get to the store where I actually bought it. I read here in the webpage that YOU CAN EXCHANGE JEWELRY WITH the receipt, well in Pandora at “RENEE’S at Sharyland” on Mission, Texas didn’t want to. They said I have to go back to where I purchased, that’s so mean, the lady’s over there are always on a bad mood.

I really liked my bracelet and charms and the special that they had. It is hard to navigate around the store because it is a small enclosed space and of course when they have specials it tends to get cramped and if you want to view the charms they have available some other customers might be in the way. The other issue is that they sometimes they don’t carry the charms that are in the booklet that they give you. Since I couldn’t move around the store, I was making my selection by the book and when the sales associate assisted me some of the charms I had chosen were not available and that was disappointing.

When we walked in we were not greeted at all. There's was no acknowledgement when we walked in. The girls working seemed very entertained in their own personal conversation. Didn't have enough knowledge about products they carry or don't carry. I asked for a certain item and responded she didn't know and didn't bother to find out or even look for the item.

the waiting just to get inside was to long. the people that were in line were fusturated and didnt make it any easier.

The sales associates seemed very unorganized. since there was only two registers and about 5 workers not only did i have to wait to get assistance getting the item i wanted but than i had to wait to pay because the employees had to take turn using the machines. The associate that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable.
