Lack of options on sports charms and the specials are kind of confusing

I had to wait in line outside of the store for almost two hours before to been able to get in.

Did not find what i was looking for it was sold out at store

There were many people due to Christmas being right around the corner. Needing to wait in a long line was the dissatisfaction. If therr had been more cashiers, mayvmbe that would have made things better.

Associate was really rude didn’t greet us and didn’t smile or anything was very out of it .Yhey didn’t allow you to go inside the store and just look around you had to get in line to just go in the store and look around

The service was good up until I had to pay. The credit machine was not working but the cashiers did not make any other accommodations, I asked if my ring could be saved to come back and pay for the next day, they said no. So I went to get cash from an ATM (that was not my bank with extra fees) as I needed the jewelry soon. When I went back the cashier didn't seemed eager to keep on charging, I had to go and specify I had cash now, even though I told her before leaving that I was going to get cash. The cashiers and what seemed to be the manager were just talking and laughing behind the counter, while there was a line of at least 10 people waiting to pay. I understand holidays are busy and that's why there was sign-in list to go inside the store, but there should have been more accommodating to clients that wanted to pay with card. This was at the location in the McAllen Plaza Mall.

The lines were long.. both to get in store and to pay. Double waiting time.

The ring that we chose was on display and looked dirty. The saleslady said that it was lent from the cleaning rag.
