I did not give a Highly Satisfied review because it did take about 5 minutes for a sales associate to approach me to make a sale. When asking about certain charms for a bracelet, the associated had to lean in to other associates who were assisting other customers for advice or common knowledge about charms.

Did not see a posted sign to sign in for assistence. Not greeted by associates passing by me. I can't believe Pandora doesn't carry 1/2 sizes in some of the rings!😐

Very busy this time of year. Not all charms wanted in stock. Price was ok but no black friday sale.

There were so many people inside the store that it was difficult to look at all the merchandise or enjoy the visit a 100%

I am new to Pandora, But due to gifts received I have learned to love the products. As a family of girls, we are now making memories together and putting a bracelet together to tell the story.

Once I got home I closely inspected the 2 pandora charms I purchased and noticed one of them looked a bit worn out and maybe used. So I will be going back to return that one.

Too pricey for me but had a gift to get

I understand that you want to protect our identity but it's unnecessary to have asked for my id with my debit card, I had to take money out waste an extra 5$ on atm fees.
