The sales associate was not very friendly, I felt like she was rushing even though the store was pretty empty.

The idea of the charm that I was looking for is not available.

They didn't come to me for assistance, I had to go to the associate.

The store needs more Petite Charms for the lock its

I want a charm for gymnastics. Pandora does not have any gymnastics choices.

I travel 30 minutes to the nearest pandora store. I was disappointed to know my bracelet could not be cleaned as they only do cleanings Monday through Thursday. Not convenient at all.

We walked in and we were not greeted at all then someone else walked in right behind us and were greeted on the spot and attended right away! We waited for 15 before anyone could help us being that we had gotten there first before the lady that was attended after we got there! And still like that the girls knew we had not been attended and still ignored us until I told them we had already been waiting for awhile to be helped! I felt like we didn’t get help at the beginning because how we were dressed honestly, because as soon as we walked in they all looked at us from head to toe and just completely ignored us! And that is very unprofessional on their part!never again am I going into that pandora store!

The workers seemed bothered when i asked for assistance. I was looking to replace lost rings, but they were discontinued, as per the sales person. The rings she showed me were light in weight and cheap looking, not what Pandora used to make. I ended up purchasing a Star wars charm but only purchased one due to the weight and cheap appearance of the charm, again not what Pandora's quality used to be.
