The store was limiting customers inside of the building. If this is the practice that Pandora wants utilize then allow for service associates to be scheduled to ensure quicker service.

The waiting time to enter the store is extremely long , there was 4 associates at the store which only 2 where helping 2 customers , and the other 2 where writing notes, I was literally 50 min outside the store waiting to enter

I was really disappointed that the charm I wanted that was priced at $115, and then when I went to check out it was $125. The pandemic has been difficult for everyone and Pandora has not had it normal incentives pre-COVID, and then you go to a store and the price unexpectedly increase at check it horrible. What is sad is that my nieces prefer James Avery, but I started their Pandora bracelets since they were little. They are disappointed with the charms tarnishing and it is heartbreaking that the prices are increasing.

The staff always seems hostile. They are conceded and not friendly. Why aren’t they happy to be at work? The customer service is always poor here I avoid going in store to any location because friendliness is NOT a priority. They take forever and I understand they get paid by the hour so they are in no rush to locate product or check you out with your purchase. Too many workers standing around so it makes them look like they aren’t working
