The associate that I was screen customers at the door was very friendly and answered questions. The associate that helped me in the store was short and I felt rushed. The store did not have a large selection of gold charms and the associate wanted me to look through a book versus showing what was available in the store.

I applied for in store credit which I qualified but was every disappointed with bank not allowing me immediate credit to make my same day purchase.

I like that they took my temperature but the wait was ridiculous and there wasn’t many people in the store... one thing I noticed and could have helped me understand is the occupancy allotment posted at entrance like every other store. There was no music btw.

I've always had a very positive experience every time I've visited the McAllen location, but this last visit was very unpleasant and upsetting. I understand there are certain precautions that must be implemented and executed for everyone's safety but children are children and it was bothersome to have to be getting after my child after the associated at the door had gotten after him as well. He wasn't running around or touching anything but just because he would lean or squat down I don't see that reason enough to come after him and then interrupt my purchasing.

The representatives at this location were not cheerful at all. The items were of great quality, but your prices are outrageous. The charms should not cost that much; if it was not for my wife love for Harry Potter, I would not have made the purchase. I do not feel good about Pandora after this purchase.

Purchased some items online and was not satisfied and was told I couldn’t return as a new customer to Pandora and not really knowing products was not satisfied to hear that
