No tuve problemas dentro de la tienda, pero Mi problema fue que LA INFORMACION DE MI TARJETA DE BEDITO FUE ROBADA el dia que hice la compra ( mayo 7, 2019) esta fue la unica transaccion que hice en mi tarjeta ese dia. Al dia siguiente (mayo 8, 2019) el banco me hablo para decirme que una transaccion queria entrar por casi 400 dls. Alguien robo mi informacion y trato de hacer una gran compra. no estoy acusando a nadie, pero la compra en pandora fue mi ultima transaccion. Es triste que esto pase, lo Bueno que el banco lo descubrio a tiempo. Una ultima observacion, la tableta donde ponen el PIN esta a la vista de todos.

The store only recieved 10 dumbo charms for like 1 million ppl. Really we live in the Rio Grande Valley MCALLEN,TX . Then I had to drive 2 hours to Corpus Christi, Tx And they only recieved 7 Dumbos. All sold out. Totally disappointed

I didn't like how the sales associate treated me. She belittled my feelings about my own bracelet. As a sales associate you're supposed to put yourself in the customers shoes and make sure they're comfortable with the products they're purchasing so you don't have a return or exchange against the store. I also don't like how they don't wear name tags just tags that say sales associate. It makes it feel very impersonal and I didn't know the name of the sales associate until I got my receipt. This is not the first time I have been treated like this at this location.

I was looking on buying some rings and my size wasn’t available on a bunch of rings. Another problem we constantly experience is that the employees have a bad attitude and talk back to the customers with a bad tone.It didn’t happen today but it’s a big issue most of the times I go

It was a small store that was very crowded. Because of the stores size all the associates were attending everyone in the center display making it impossible to look at anything or get someone to help. This created a long wait and overall dissatisfaction

They judge by your appeareans. I walked in ,the associate saw me and didn't say anything behind me 2 more guys enter the store and quickly told them to sing in .so wrong.

The lady that helped me seemed like she was new, wasn't very familiar with any of the charms, asked for one particular and she answered "I think we are out of that one" didn't bother checking
