I felt rushed through my whole experience. I understand that the store was busy, but I felt like I was being rushed the whole time and was not dedicated the time that I needed to make it a much more enjoyable experience. I was also not able to look into further items that I was hoping to purchase for the same reason mention above.

very slow service, the personal has low knowledge of where the things are, and took a lot of time coping codes, once, twice, even a third time rechecking, it was a long time to finally pay for what i was buying

I asked a associate if everything on the mickey charm and free clutch bag picture came together and they told me yes so i bought it and when my girlfriend took everything out there was no bracelet so i had to go back and buy one

I placed an order on line because I thought it would be faster. To my surprise it was like if I had just went to store and wait outside in line. Don’t understand why have online ordering for if it was useless

The salesperson Jocelyne L was very rude, she didn't offer a bag for my item and also asked if I wanted the tissue paper. I don't understand why every one else would get one but not me. And this is the second time I've had Jocelyne help me and both times she was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The first time she made me feel like I shouldn't be shopping there taking the bracelet charms away from me not letting me see them close as if I was going to run away with them. She needs better customer service.

First of all I was looking for a bday charm for a friend the seller was not at all helpful at giving suggestions maybe offering latest new charms ..Another thing I noticed the store display was horrible I was not able to see all charms how am I supposed to choose if I can’t see them I really didn’t know what to ask for . I finally found a little catalog someone left on counter and saw a charm I liked and asked for it but I literally had to be my own seller at store. I’ve bought pandora online and at another store before and this store at la plaza mall was not what I expected at all .

The ring was not the size i asked for. i asked for a size 5 and got what looks like a 7. It was a one year anniversary gift and now i have to return. Everything was fine other than that.
