The sales rep was not friendly. She seemed bothered and showed little to no effort to be friendly. I was in for my birthday to treat my self .

When we came into the store we were looking around. And I asked if there was a wait list. Which the lady replied no. But that we could stand by the door and someone will call us when it’s our turn. I was okay with that. After a couple of minutes I saw a rep looking around and I thought we’ll maybe we will be next. And there was a couple looking at at items and she asked if they needed help which they replied no. My sister seeing still by the door waiting heard that and the asked the rep that we needed help which she replied she was helping the couple. Remember they declined help. I guess a minute after walking around and talking to other reps without looking at us then she asks if we need help. And while she helped us she looked like she was bothered. I had taken my niece to buy a ring and I was not sure of her size so I kept asking for of different sizes which she didn’t look happy. I was disappointed because I was buying my niece her first Pandora ring and I wanted to show her other things but with the rep i just got the ring I wanted and left.

The lady who seemed to be in charge needs to be retrained in customer service skills. They only allow so many customers at a time. We had made our selection and need our items paid by another family member. As he tried to enter the store to pay the manger told him loudly in front of the other customers not to come in. We tried to explain and she didn’t want to listen to how our purchases were going to be made. I had to step out of the store and go back to end of in line. Even though I was already in front of the counter trying to make a different purchase. When you don’t take time to listen to your customers and are rude to them this a total disregard to any customer service skills.

Servuce was good I had a previous bad experience with a lasy named chloe she was so rude and disrespectful to us. I disliked the experience

My sales person was did not seem to want to search for what I was looking for. I was told my item was out of stock when I clearly saw the item on display. The salesperson also made no intention to check if the item was in stock online.

Took me 35 minutes to get a simple charm, she was super slow, slow was not crowded. There were like 5 sales girls to help and speen the process and noone helped. I wanted to buy more but with that super slow service i cant.

the product i was looking for was not available. the sales associate took a while in packaging my order. there wasn’t much selection and the charm i got just seemed dirty and scratched
