The staff was not as Friendly

The past two times that I have gone to the pandora store in La Plaza Mall have been terrible. The customer service is just not good. The ladies do not smile, they are rude and grumpy. Never going back. I know of some smaller jewelry stores that sell pandora and I would rather go out of my way to buy from them because their customer service is great.

En el mostrador los aretes que quería comprar tenían un precio a la hora de pagar me cobraron más por el producto eso me decepcionó pero igual lo compré porque ya avia entusiasmado a la persona que se los iba a regalar con una fotografía

I wanted to clean my bracelet and charms. But they didn’t have solution to do the cleaning...

The sign in sheet was useless as i was skipped several times. Once i found want i wanted store did not have in my size and per employer they were unable to order it as they had a ring in stock but employer was unable to locate it.

I love Pandora but the employees were not helpful at all ! They act like they own the store and do not offer help. My husband experienced the same problem, they thought he was not going to purchase anything and they were surprised when he bought $300 worth of jewelry. They and not friendly at all. Very disappointing.

The sales person was rude when giving the explanation about guarantee coverage of Pandora products.
