Several of the sales associates were just in a group having personal conversation. Sales associate did not let us know prices of things we were looking at

I was standing in the store for 10 minutes waiting for assistance ,nobody approached me or acknowledged me. Further, they did not have alot of charms in stock. I suppose the supply chain logistics / shipment for restock was not coordinated. Disappointed in my incomplete bracelet.

I was disappointed because it was my 1st time there and 3 to 4 associates walked by me and never offered assistance. My husband had to as if we need to get a number to be assisted. Until then we were assisted. There was also not a big selection if what I was looking for.

I was not satisfied because the sale representative was rude and didn't offer to show me more options or take out display to see closer and told me thats all they had. I bought some earrings for a christmas gift and the representative just put them loose in paper and a small box. I asked if she had the little board where earrings are placed and just said no. So, its dissapointing to pay a high price and it look cheap when I gift it.

The lady who attended me was very rude, I was wanting to buy the new bracelet since they are all over the store, she told me that they didnt have any my size, but didnt offer any alternative, (ordering one online, etc) or atleast trying another size on me.

The associate that helped me was not very helpful and seemed like she didnt want to be there. When I asked if I could see the whole tray of the charms her response was "we dont take them out anymore". I understand it is not her fault but the tone and mood she replied to me was what bothered me and made my whole visit unpleaseant. It is the first time I have an experience like this at Pandora and I hope I never feel this way again.

The sales rep could never answer my questions and she seemed to rush me so she could move on to a male customer.

Was not to satisfied with the help we got, went in expecting the usual friendliness and helpfulness as always and it was nothing like that, there was just one person trying to help while assisting a customer with six of is waiting, I asked so see the mother's day charms and was only shown a few so ended up buying something that I wasn't really happy with but still bought gift

Associates were not the friendliest. Seemed annoyed with the uncertainty of my decision of ring selection and sizes. Also, I had mentioned that I wanted the nurses discount, wasn’t put in until I mentioned it after I was rung up with the final sale. Associate who did the final sale offered for me to wear it out the store, I was not aware it would be final sale. Bag nor boxes for rings were offered, I had to ask. Overall very dissatisfied.

Everything was going smoothly until the sales associate began to follow us. Afterwards she began to help us but had an attitude. She would make rude faces and I didn’t like that.
