I over heard my sales person tell another associate that the ring they were both looking for might be in the back but they had to go look for it. Neither were willing to go look in the back for the ring. Bought ring & was to big for my daughter so return ring & bought else where I got way better customer service, as a 1st time customer will never return!

Employee was not properly train . Employee didn’t know the merchandise. When I went back for an exchange employee was doubting the merch was new after I had just bout it the day before.

We were not greeted when we walked in, there were 3 associates just standing around talking to each and didn’t bother asking if we needed assistance. Once I finally got one of them to help, I asked if he had a specific charm (showed him the website), he said yes and went to go get it and dropped an entire tray of charms. The charm I was purchasing was on that tray and as I make the purchase he tells me I can’t return it if it’s damaged even though he’s the one who caused it. He didn’t even let me look at the charm before purchasing it.

The employee that assisted me was very rude. I would ask to look at different charms and items and it was as if he didn't want to sell anything. He would rudely hand me the things. Overall, he looked annoyed.
