STACEY M is the reason for MY dissatisfaction with this store. How she treated me was DISGUSTING! she BELITTLED me and berated me in front of her customers for asking her a simple question. She CONTINUED to talk bad about me in front of me to her customer. As I was speaking to the manager she got confrontational in front of him and the whole store. She must get fired ASAP! How she thinks it’s ok the behave that way made me never want to step foot in a Pandora again because all I’m gonna think about is how ugly she made me feel days later in still SO UPSET !!!!!

As a +20 year customer I had never experienced having to wait for an associate while 5 stood around and talked behind the cash register. I’ve purchased for valentines, Mother’s Day and Christmas when theres lines out the door and even then I got better assisted than the random Tuesday I visited the store. There were two girls working the middle section where the charms are helping clients quickly to move on while myself, another family and a young man waited watching the other associates just talk. The associate that did help me was absolutely wonderful! She told me she hadn’t worked there long but I wouldn't have known if she hadn’t stated that! She knew so much about the charms, and was so very friendly !

I purchased $200 worth of items, your store had a promotion and they were out of size small bracelets so they gave me a medium. I was mot able to exchange it at any of your other stores for a small, even though they had it in stock! So disappointed

Walked into the store and all sales clerks were busy talking with each other in the middle of the section where the jewerly is. (I had to call out for someone to help me). The sales clerk seemed like she did not want to help but another sales clerk came over and I told her what I was looking for.

So I know it’s something small but I took my brother in law and my best friend with their wives and we all purchased something. I purchased the necklace a charm for it and a charm for my wife’s bracelet. I was ok with getting IDed for the stuff since I purchased online. I decided to add a jewelry cleaner for 16 dollars and the lady that saw my ID 30 seconds before said oh I need to see your ID to see it matches the card. I said OK I guess for a 16 dollar debit card purchase. Well my brother in law purchased 140 dollar bracelet and a charm and no one looked at his ID or asked him for anything. I personally was offended just because I had to ID my self 2 times in 30 seconds because I guess I looked like I was gonna commit fraud or something. This is honestly not the first time this has happened and I hate going to this store. If you look back at my account i have spent over 1000$ on charms and bracelets and necklaces and rings for my wife. All I ask is either treat people better or treat everyone the same.

Horrible customer service, was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there or simply did not want to help me. It's also super annoying that they weren't doing cleanings when they weren't even busy.

Usually buy from pndora never had such experience. After making me wait for longer than 30 minutes they told me the return could not be done because my wife wasnt present even though i had her I.D the card which it was paid the receipt and the product that i wanted to be returned.

I had a rude sales personell, she seemed like she didn’t want to work there or seem uninterested, we had questions on other merchandise which she didn’t answer, I was making an exhange of a ring that didn’t fit my girlfriend but was unable to make other purchases.

The lady who attended me was very rude then some ridiculous older woman came out and started to be very rude towards me also and saying that I needed an ID for a purchase which has never happened but yet still took my money even though it was a “problem” while she embarrassed me in front of an older gentleman who was also buying from them Im never to go back to those ridiculous uneducated “women” again. I’m very unsatisfactory
