Young Lady attending my fiance and I was chewing gum smacking so loud it was extremely rude. It was our first time ever buying anything in pandora and we asked for options to see what they have and she just shrugged and said she didnt know what to offer and she needed to know options. We ended up just buying a bracelet but left the store extremely upset to how she would respond and how she continued to talk as if all she wanted was for us to leave ASAP! Along with another young lady who stood beside her just giving us ugly stares. Never EVER coming back to this store, will probably only do online. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable and dishonered in the store!

After I waited in line for 15min I was passed to Jennifer, at the moment I tried purchasing two charms one with my moms card and another one with mine she asked for an id in an aggressive way. I didn't have it on me so I told my boyfriend to pay for them, Jennifer made me feel like if I wasn’t capable of buying from you guys or like I was doing fraud. I will not be coming back, she didn’t even explained properly why she needed my id.

This store has VERY unprofessional “managers”and associates.They try to scam their customers saying that we NEED to get their credit card in order to receive the promotion they have of Buy 2 get 1 free. No where does is say that on the promotion posted in the store.They should be held accountable for lying to customers and trying to score profit. Apart from that the mangers act childish, and unprofessional. I will be bringing this to corporates attention, maybe then the managers and associates will be trained properly on how to act professional and not lie to their customers.

I purchased a ring and then decided to return it because I wasn’t satisfied with the ring for the price. I went to return the ring at a different Pandora store that was closer to my home. The sales associate implied that I was returning a fake ring or that the other store didn’t let me return it and I was store hopping to see what store would let me. Totally unsatisfied with my experience and won’t be returning.

That was my first time purchasing from Pandora and was definitely not impressed. I went because I saw a sign advertising 50% off. I looked at the products, and selected one to purchase. I let her know I wasn't exactly sure about the ring size as it was a gift, but continued anyway. The sales person got my purchase together and charged me for the purchase. As she's handing my the bag with my item, she tells me that there is no refunds or exchanges as this was a final sale purchase. I was not notified of that until after the purchase had been made. Had I known that prior to my card being charged, I would not have purchased the item as I wasn't sure about the exact size I would need. I would have taken the person the ring was for, into the store to verify the size. As it turns out, the ring was not the right size, so now I'm stuck with a ring that can't be used. Needless to say, I am not satisfied with my first Pandora experience.

I want buy a ring since June 8, 2020 I call for detail. I arrive and ask me for mask but I don’t have one. I called early to make sure if I will wear one. The next day I purchase a ring because I saw online but don’t my size. I had stroller I could not move just stay in front. Customer service was no so great. Is my first and last time shopping in Pandora.

I ordered online. It was a gift for Mother’s Day. I didn’t received my package. I will have to call to customer support and ups. When I called customer support I was waiting in line more than 1 hour. I’m really disappointed.

The sale associate was the rudest sale associate i could ever have. I understand we are in a crisis with this COVID 19 but she took it to another level. I didnt get fitted for my bracelet i coudlnt see or touch the charms i was purchasing until i paid for it. i was never aloud to see any other charms available at the store. While the sale associate that was helping me was terrified of the virus the other sale associates didnt seem to bother because their customers were not in the line assing. they got to see and try one their purchase before purchasing. This experience sucked beyond anything. worst service of my life
