Every time I go into the pandora store at The Plaza Mall McAllen, the associates are yelling at customers. They ignored me today and previous days i've gone. They are extremely rude. I don't write negative reviews but this behavior of theirs has happened more than once.

My online purchase send me the wrong itmes ,unable to reach costumer service, previous order unfulfilled. I am not sure who to contact to let them know i was missing a $ 55.00 charm. Not orderibg online at all. If some can call me at 956 560 5694 in the last 2 weeks i have order close to $ 500.00 of merchandise.

The associate that helped me, Cristela R., 148545, was extremely unhelpful and rude. First, I explained to her what I wanted and she kept showing me merchandise I did not ask for. The worst part was that I told her I was a small in the bracelet and she looked at me, eyed me down and said “Are you sure? That’s for someone smaller.” Since when is this factor when purchasing a bracelet?! This is completely unacceptable behavior on her end. The store really should address her way of managing customers. And then she didn’t want to give me the free charm when I was already purchasing $175 worth of merchandise. She just obviously didn’t want to help and it showed!!

Three sales associates working. 2 of the them were busy with customers. The other one went to the back room. Me and another customer were just standing there waiting for over 15 minutes. The two sales associates did not acknowledge us or tell us that they will be with us in a few minutes. Once they were done, one of the associates came up to me with a rude attitude. I did nothing but smile at her and told her I wanted to purchase a bracelet. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I wanted to hurry up and get out of there. I almost didn’t want to purchase the bracelet. But I sucked it up and bought it anyways. I’ve been to that store twice already. The first time the lady was rude to my mom as well. The second time I went I thought that maybe with a new lady it would be different but NO, they all make you feel so unwelcomed.

The sales Associate had very bad customer service .That was my very first time in the store and I was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated.

I had to make line and singn in just to enter, plus They make me make a secind time line to buy another item in the same time... Totally unacceptable!!! I haye my experience at your store!

Sales Associate Leilani, Mcallen Texas store. She was extremely rushy and would not even give me a second to see other merchandise without feeling i needed to hurry up. She had a rude tone as she spoke to me and would asked me several times if i was ready to pay when i was still asking to see other charms due to not being in stock. Her job should be reconsidered.

The merchandise i received looked like it was used i went back into the store to tell the associate named liz and she clains with attitude that it wasnt used and rolled her eyes with attitude without even looking at it or even ask anything but yet my last experience in the same store they made a big deal out of it .How can she assume without even checking that it wasnt what this store needs is better retail sales and better attitude services . All i wanted was to exchange politely not have an experience with someone who might not like their job or having a terrible day leave out of work .
