Every time I visit this pandora store there's a problem. They have very bad customer service, they are rude, and always offending their customers. There hasn't been a time where I visit that they are rude. This is the only location I've had a problem. I love pandora jewelry but I highly dislike buying from this store but, I end going back because its the closest store to me. The managers are very rude.

The sales associates on the floor are NOT friendly. They do not greet incoming guests nor do they offer assistance. There were unbusy sales associates and after I asked them for help they said I had to wait 10 minutes to get assistance and all I wanted was to exchange a gift and leave! I do not like this store. Every time I go in, I do not get offered help and I’m left standing around looking lost.

Reason why I was very dissatisfied was because sales associate was helped other people before me and I was in line first. Second, was rushing me. Third, didn't give me detail in to policy of cleaning ring when/ and if needed. Not polite and didn't even tell me yup come back. She was very rude. It was my first time, and really wished someone else helped me out. I bought a $100 dollar ring so I did expect outstanding service!😯😥🤐

First of all there is no sign letting the customer know you have to sign in on a sheet of paper in order to be attended by someone. Second no one acknowledges you to let you know they are aware you are waiting to be attended. Third there was too many employees standing around talking to each other but no one said I'll be right with you or can I help you or sir you need to sign in". Fourth when the employees were standing around talking to each other they would look at my wife and I and would laugh and giggle so that made us feel and think they were talking about us. I have gone to other Pandora stores such Las Vegas, California, Austin, San Antonio and they are much more friendlier and acknowledge the customers. I just don't appreciate the fact that the employees thought I could not afford to buy something from there, if I didn't have the money to purchase why would I go in there in the first place. I'm not a window shopper.

I had to make a line outside of the store for an hour just to make my purchase. If someone was purchasing a gift set, they didn’t have to make a line. I knew what I was looking for and still had to wait in a line because you didn’t have enough employees to take care of the customers. It also took another 15 minutes to pay for the time after I selected it.

The store is the worst. During lunch hour I waited 30 minutes for a small charm. And on top of that I had to sign in, that’s crazy @&$)00. Luckily I had a picture to show the associate and if I didn’t the associate would have taken a long time
