i waited almost an hour in line to be able to enter the store then another 15 minutes to pay. when i was ready to pay i handed the associate my card and she told me she couldnt sell me the item because the card was under my husbands name and not mine. if i hadnt waited so long and wasted so much time of my day i would've left my item there and walked out. some of us don't have credit cards under our names and we carry our husbands. i believe that rule should be removed. very unpleasant experince i had last sunday 12/10/17 Pandora La Plaza Mall McAllen Tx

It took a long time for an associate to assist me. When I approached an associate to assist me, she was rude, was rushing me by the way she was speaking to me and her expressions, and didn't give me time to make a good selection, I picked whichever earrings because I was rushed. I knew if I didn't select right at that instant I wasn't going to have anyone help me soon. Horrible customer service.

The representative that helped me out was very rude. And not helpful at all. Pandora is an excelent product that should be represented by people that actually want to be there. Very rude costumer service!!!!

The girl who took care of me was very rude and she didn’t want to give me prices she only told me “that ones expensive” that’s not what I asked. Never going back.
