Friendly service. Wait time was a little too long. I was not able to Exchange bracelet for the one I wanted due to the fact that it was a promotion I purchased online and the only way to return for what I wanted was to return all items purchased online and I had thrown shipping box & label away. I wish I would have known, but thought making a return in store would avoid the hassle of shipping back. Overall the young lady was super nice and showed me plenty of other items that I fell in love with and was very knowledgeable.

The care that was given to me by the worker helping me that day was very informing and nice. She was well mannered and very intuitive, she new what it was that I was looking for, the only thing I'd complain about it the amount of time it is that I had to wait it line, for just 2 rings, but they are beautiful so I guess it was worth it a little.

I just went in to buy a cleaning kit but everyone was friendly and it was a weekday so I only had to wait about a minute to be helped. Trinity was very nice and helped me out right away.
