The day prior to my visit I went into a highly chlorated pool and my Pandoras went black! fully tarnished so when I arrived to the store they hepled me clean and polish everything! I also got a new charm and the sales associate was very helpful and showed me everything. They all were in a good mood and wanted to help! Thank you!
