I went because the stud on my ring fell off, and my princess tiara ring broke, I was expecting to need to buy both rings again, but for the one that the stud fell of they will be replacing it !, the other one i did have to purchase but because it broke in two, which i was expecting to need to buy, i got a cleaning on my bracelet and other ring as well, after i received them back, they looked so shiny like new again, sales person was so sweet and helpful as well !

Went in with 2 broken rings, one will get exchanged by store, other was problem on my hand, got a cleaning on my bracelet and other ring as well, ended looking just like new !, sales person was very sweet and helpful as well.
