He purchased the gift in the San Marcos location, I approached the McAllen location despite the disadvantages, I was helped by Luciana I explained my situation and she was very kind and extremely helpful, she did everything in her power to accommodate my situation going above and beyond my expectation, she was able to exchange the size. I left the store very happy and thankful that Lucina, Management & staff was able to help me with my situation!
