Genesis (Gen) was my sales rep from the very first day. We were given a book while in line to look through the merchandise. Once in the store we pointed out what we wanted, and only one of what we chose was available which discouraged my son from wanting to get anything. Gen then asked us questions and started to piece together a bracelet for my son's girlfriend. We were extremely pleased with her knowledge and fell in love with her creativity.
