Shay, the sales rep that assisted us in our purchases, was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and we felt welcomed. Not once did we feel rushed or ignored. At first, my wife was hesitant to have her assist us due to a language barrier but surprisingly enough Shay has provided the best customer service at this location. The store is spotless and has plenty of inventory and displays to feed the eyes.

Sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything very clearly. Store was very clean and organized. I will buy my Christmas gift from same pandora store.

The lady was really nice she knew was she was talking about she showed us many options was very patient as well when i kept changing my mind about which charm i wanted .
