The sales associate were very friendly and helpful. They made my purchase experience very friendly. Mayra and MaryCarmen were awesome and very knowledgeable! The store took all safety precautions to ensure that those of us in the store were safe. The store was also very clean.

Now due to Covid the staff at this location are very prepared with hand sanitizer. There was no line at all an I was escorted in. I was helped by a new worker Sabrina G she was vey sweet and helpful.

The second reason is that I asked for a demo on how the Pandora bracelet was opened and what size is best for my son's girlfriend based on the representative similarity. Lastly, I was looking for a Disney Aladdin type of charm and you had it in stock and it was gorgeous.
