Shay F. was very kind and attentive to what I was looking for and made and effort to make my experience great. I am new to South Texas and last December 2019 when I visited the store, the sales associate was not nice at all so I ended up making my purchase at the Corpus Christi, TX store instead.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. I knew what I was looking for and she quickly presented me with those options. She offered me a jewelry cleaner, which I had forgotten I needed- extra points.
